Biography

Trinity Pathology Associates, a Sonic Healthcare anatomic pathology practice, is privileged to include William Grant Davis, M.D., as a member of our medical staff. Dr. Davis has extensive professional experience with an impressive academic background.

Dr. Davis graduated from the Oklahoma Christian University of Sciences and Arts in Edmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the Oklahoma University College of Medicine in Oklahoma City.

Dr. Davis went on to serve an anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs. He subsequently completed a three-year anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Oklahoma University in Norman. He then finished a breast pathology fellowship, followed by a surgical pathology fellowship, both at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Since concluding his medical education, Dr. Davis has garnered considerable professional experience in a career that has spanned nearly two decades. Upon completing his postgraduate training, he began working with the Physicians Reference Laboratory in Overland Park, Kansas. He maintains this position concurrently with his role at Trinity Pathology, where he has served as Staff Pathologist since 2011.

Dr. Davis is a member of the College of American Pathologists and the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology. He holds full medical licensure in the states of Oklahoma and Texas, and he is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology by the American Board of Pathology.

Dr. Davis has had the results of his research efforts published as abstracts and articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He has also delivered several oral and poster presentations at professional medical conferences.
