Biography

LMC Pathology Services, a Sonic Healthcare Anatomic Pathology Practice is privileged to include David P. Marmaduke, M.D., as a member of our medical staff. Dr. Marmaduke has extensive hospital and professional experience with an impressive academic background.

Dr. Marmaduke received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, where he went on to complete a five-year anatomic and clinical pathology residency and a hematopathology fellowship at their university hospitals. He later completed another hematopathology fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque.

Since completing his postgraduate training, Dr. Marmaduke has held a series of key positions in hospitals and laboratories. He was laboratory director at Millinocket Regional Hospital in Maine, as well as Parkway Surgery Center and the Surgery Centers of Southern Nevada, both in Las Vegas. He has also been medical director at Affiliated Laboratories, Inc., Dahl-Chase Diagnostic Services, and Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas. He is also the clinical laboratory director and the vice-chair of pathology, positions he has held concurrently with his role at LMC Pathology Services since 2004.

Dr. Marmaduke is a member of several medical organizations, including the American Society for Clinical Pathology and the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology. He has coauthored 12 abstracts, articles, and book chapters that have subsequently been published in peer-reviewed medical journals and textbooks. He has also given many lectures and presentations at universities, symposiums, and professional society meetings.

Dr. Marmaduke holds full medical licensure and is board certified in hematopathology, and anatomic and clinical pathology.
