Marci Haas
VP of Managed Care
Marci Haas has over 25 years of progressive experience in various health care industries including ambulatory care, and medical devices and managed care. As vice president of Managed Care, she is responsible for payer contract negotiations and managed care services including payer enrollment and physician credentialing and licensing. Just prior to joining, in 2015, Marci was vice president of operations for Unified Physician Management, a management services organization to over 1000 physicians in multiple states. In that role, she was responsible for the overall planning, leadership, organization, execution and management of core MSO service activities, including revenue cycle management, managed care, account management, and implementation of a practice management/EHR system. Prior to that, Marci was responsible for hospital, physician, and ancillary contracting at AvMed Healthplans. She had also risen through the ranks from director to COO at MDNY, a New York based, provider-owned managed care plan. Marci received her Masters's in healthcare administration from Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO and her Bachelor of Science in management from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA.
