Clay Schaper is the Chief Financial Officer for Sonic Healthcare USA. A seasoned financial executive, Mr. Schaper has close to thirty years of experience developing growth strategies, structure and controls for fast-paced, market-leading organizations.
Mr. Schaper joined Sonic Healthcare USA from National Instruments, where he served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. He held prior executive financial positions in Silicon Valley at Apple and PayPal, and over a decade-long tenure at Dell, which included international roles in London and Singapore.
Mr. Schaper is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds both a BA in Accounting and a Masters of Professional Accounting from University of Texas, Austin.
